Nationalist Citizens Party of India (NCPI) MPs on Tuesday attended the NDA Parliamentary Party's 'Mangal Milan' meeting for the first time after the newly formed party was recognised as part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The leaders described the meeting as "enriching", "well-organised" and welcomed their inclusion in the ruling coalition.
Speaking to ANI after the meeting in New Delhi, NCPI MP Kakoli Ghosh said the party had completed the formalities required for recognition in Parliament and confirmed that discussions on seating arrangements were underway.
