Rebecca Adlington has revealed that she has suffered a tragic miscarriage, 12 weeks into her pregnancy.

The 33-year-old Olympic swimmer posted a photo of herself sitting in a hospital bed to Instagram, sharing the devastating news with her followers.

It comes after Rebecca hadn't even announced her pregnancy to the general public.
