Country music icon Reba McEntire kicked off the 2024 Super Bowl in grand style with a powerful rendition of the national anthem. The 68-year-old superstar took the stage at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nev., before the highly anticipated matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the defending champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.
In the lead-up to the big game, McEntire shared that she had been diligently practicing the anthem in preparation for her performance. She even mentioned practicing in unconventional places like the shower and in the car with her boyfriend, Rex Linn. This extra effort certainly paid off as she flawlessly belted out 'The Star-Spangled Banner' on Sunday.
