'Really bad': woman driving with five kids unrestrained

A woman has been caught speeding with five unrestrained children in her vehicle including a baby being held by a five-year-old, police say.

The 36-year-old has been charged and fined almost $7000 after also being accused of driving without a licence with the young kids - aged four months to nine years - on board.
