Real Madrid, the Spanish football giant, has recently added a new player to their first team roster for the upcoming 2024/2025 La Liga season. The player, Endrick, was acquired from Palmeiras in a deal orchestrated by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez in late 2022. The initial transfer fee for the Brazilian wonderkid was $38 million (€35 million), with the potential total value of the transfer reaching $65 million (€60 million) based on certain performance objectives.
Due to FIFA regulations, Endrick, who is now 18 years old, had to wait until he reached adulthood this month to officially join Real Madrid. He signed his contract over the weekend and was introduced to fans at the Bernabeu in an emotional unveiling ceremony where he expressed his joy and gratitude for realizing his childhood dream of playing for Madrid.
