Real Betis fans have given their reaction to the news that Nottingham Forest transfer target Alex Moreno will be staying at the club beyond the summer.
Forest had targeted the left-back since the start of the summer and looked to be closing in on a transfer for the 29-year-old. It was reported that a medical had been scheduled for this week after the two clubs agreed an £9 million fee for the player.
However, in an update from the player himself on social media, he revealed that he’s opted to turn down a move to the City Ground, instead staying with Real Betis. “It's certain that the club and myself received a proposal from another club,” he wrote .
