The Baltimore Ravens entered the 2024 offseason with plenty on their minds after the way their 2023 season came to a close. After being an incredibly dominant regular season team, they collapsed in their biggest moment, losing in the AFC Championship game to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Everyone did different things during their offseason, and while improving their skills was a big part of the equation, players went out and had plenty of other experiences as well. Inside linebacker Roquan Smith shared details on his trips to Paris and Spain, saying it was “really cool”
“I was fortunate enough to get over to Paris. Paris was really cool. [I] got to hang out with a good bit of my guys and other guys around the league. I did Spain as well. Spain is pretty cool. I’ve been before; I just did Barcelona this time, and then [I] got over to Germany, which was a random spot for me, but I was over there in Europe, so I’m like ‘Why not try something new?’ It was cool. It was interesting.”
The offseason is a time for players to relax and reset, as well as hone in on their skills. Smith certainly did both and he has plenty of amazing experiences to show for it.
