The Baltimore Ravens have turned a new page on the offensive side of the ball, parting ways with offensive coordinator Greg Roman after four seasons. Baltimore will now look to re-create their offense with what they appear to hope will be quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The Ravens have already requested to interview multiple candidates, with the latest option coming from the Seattle Seahawks. Baltimore has now requested permission to speak to Seattle quarterbacks coach Dave Canales for their vacant offensive coordinator opening.

Canales is a long-time Seahawks coach, joining the organization in 2010. He’s worked as the team’s quarterbacks coach, wide receivers coach as well as passing game coordinator, and has a vast knowledge of the offensive side of the ball. He’s credited with some of the success that quarterback Russell Wilson achieved in Seattle, and helped long-time journeyman quarterback Geno Smith have a career year with the Seahawks in 2021.
