The Baltimore Ravens are gearing up to take on the New York Jets in Week 1 of the 2022 season. It’s a game with plenty of storylines, as Baltimore will face off against former Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco in the Meadowlands as he tries to lead New York to victory against his former team.
Meanwhile, another storyline for both sides is health. On Wednesday, Baltimore released their first injury report for their Week 1 matchup with the Jets, and it’s night and day from where the team was last season at this time from a health perspective.

The only player who didn’t practice for Baltimore on Wednesday was defensive lineman Travis Jones, who suffered a hyperextended knee in the team’s Week 2 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. Running back J.K. Dobbins, cornerback Marcus Peters and offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley were limited, and each has a chance to suit up in Week 1 after missing most or all of the 2021 season with serious injuries.
New York’s first injury report features quarterback Zach Wilson, who will not play, as well as multiple offensive linemen.
