The Baltimore Ravens have players that perform extremely well on the football field. However many also have off-field ventures that they are proud of, and vary across many different areas.
One of the Ravens who has established a great presence off of the field is quarterback Lamar Jackson. On Wednesday it was reported that the former Louisville star filed a trademark for a clever name that he apparently plans to use for a restaurant in “You 8 yet?”. The name is a play on words using his jersey number.

“You 8 yet?” wasn’t the only trademark that Jackson apparently filed for, as he also filed for “Play Actio Soulfood and More” according to trademark attorney Josh Gerben.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has filed two new trademarks:
1. PLAY ACTION SOULFOOD AND MORE
2. YOU 8 YET?The filings indicate that @Lj_era8 intends to open a restaurant using the name and slogan.#lamarjackson#ravens #baltimore pic.twitter.com/O0lQiSlY5B

While both trademarks could be for possible restaurants, the trademark filing reports also indicate they could be used for clothing.
