The Baltimore Ravens elected not to bring back cornerback Marcus Peters, instead signing cornerback Rock Ya-Sin. Peters stayed on the open market for quite some time before signing in Las Vegas with the Raiders, which has a home town connection for the veteran due to the Raiders’ former home in Oakland.
After the one-year deal worth up to $5 million was announced between Peters and the Raiders, Baltimore quarterback took to Instagram to congratulate his former teammate on his new contract. Jackson shared his excitement for the Peters, but also put on display to see the veteran walk with a sad emoji.
Lamar Jackson is sad to see Marcus Peters officially out of the Ravens’ plans.
