The Baltimore Ravens had a very busy Wednesday as they began to make moves with 2022 free agency fast approaching. They needed to free up some cap room, so a tough decision was made by the franchise in regards to their defensive unit.
Cornerback Tavon Young was released by Baltimore, ending a six-year run with the team and saving them around $5.8 million in cap space. Based on the send-off by his teammates, it’s clear that Young meant a lot to many people. Young took to Twitter to thank the city following his release. It didn’t take long for his former teammates to show him the love in response.
