The Baltimore Raves have plenty of decisions to make ahead of the opening of 2023 free agency, with a resolution for their situation with quarterback Lamar Jackson being at the forefront. The team is currently incurring a $32.4 million cap hit for Jackson after giving him the non-exclusive franchise tag, but a deal could be worked out in the future.

When explaining why, Kerr talked about Jackson’s situation, asking questions such as how much will Jackson receive and what wide receivers will the team give him assuming he stays with the Ravens.
