The Baltimore Ravens have had a brutal travel schedule over the last several weeks. They made their way to London to play the Tennessee Titans in Week 6, travelled back home to play the Detroit Lions in Week 7, and flew to Arizona to play the Cardinals in Week 8.
With their next three games being at home, Baltimore will have a chance to relax and re-adjust to the Eastern Time Zone. When Ravens defensive lineman Michael Pierce was asked about all of the traveling, he said he was grateful to be back at home and being comfortable.
“Grateful. [I’m] grateful for that. Just to be back in the Eastern Time Zone will be great. I woke up at 4 in the morning this morning – it was rough, man.” (laughter) “I had a long way to go before the bus left.” (laughter) “But it’s good to be back on the Eastern Time Zone, being home, being comfortable, and just getting in that routine again. I feel like we always play a lot better at home, so that’s a plus, big time.”
