The Baltimore Ravens will have decisions to make on many of their pending free agents as they enter the 2022 offseason. The team has multiple positions of need as it currently stands, and if they lose key players in other areas, they could be looking at a massively different roster to the one that they had in 2021.
One of their defenders who is slated to hit free agency is defensive lineman Calais Campbell. Many have speculated whether Campbell will be back in a Baltimore uniform, but first a decision needed to be made by the veteran as to whether he would retire from football or not. On Sunday during coverage of Super Bowl LVI on Sky Sports, Campbell revealed his decision, saying he’s not stepping away from the game.
Calais Campbell says that he's not retiring. He is, however, a free agent. Ravens GM Eric DeCosta said recently that he expects to maintain dialogue w/Campbell about potentially returning. https://t.co/Eo9pmYkA8W
