The Baltimore Ravens will surely be looking at ways to revamp their wide receiver room during the 2023 offseason. There is still uncertainty surrounding the long-term future of quarterback Lamar Jackson in Baltimore, but even so the team needs to take initiative to add talent around whoever is the Ravens’ signal caller next year.
In his latest 2023 NFL mock draft, Damian Parson of The Draft Network has Baltimore addressing their wide receiver room by adding USC star Jordan Addison. Parson mentions how if Jackson returns to the team the next priority should be getting him weapons, and Addison would give the Ravens a solid trio with wide receiver Rashod Bateman and tight end Mark Andrews.
“If the Ravens and Lamar Jackson find common ground to secure a multi-year deal, the next priority is giving him weapons. Jordan Addison is a good route-runner that finds open spaces in zone coverages. This addition would give the Ravens a nice trio with Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman. They need to build this wide receiver corps regardless of the quarterback.”
