Liverpool suffered their second Premier League defeat in successive matches on Saturday, with Brighton running out 0-3 winners at the Amex Stadium.
The Reds started poorly in the match, failing to record a shot on target in the first half. However, the second half took a turn for the worse with Solly March scoring a brace before Danny Welbeck rounded off the scoring with a goal in the 81st minute to condemn Jurgen Klopp's side to a heavy defeat.
The defeat highlighted a number of ongoing issues in the Liverpool squad, with defensive issues being particularly prominent so far this season. Brighton also moved above the Reds in the table with the victory, with Roberto De Zerbi's Seagulls having scored six goals now this season against Klopp's side.
