On Friday, Delhi-NCR experienced rainfall and a yellow warning, with the minimum temperature settling at 16°C — 4.5°C below the seasonal norm, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) readings from the Safdarjung weather station. Scattered showers and strong winds kept the city cool on Thursday as well, with the maximum temperature dipping below 30°C for the first time in nearly a month, reaching 26.8°C. This was the lowest maximum since February 24, when it was recorded at 29.9°C.
