Jesse Marsch arrived at Leeds United with the club having taken just one point from six games, seeing club legend Marcelo Bielsa sacked. Two losses followed - coming against Leicester City and Aston Villa but since then, the Whites have picked up 11 points in their last five fixtures.
That run of results looked as if it would make the Whites safe from the relegation battle, only for Burnley to have their own run of form, which has bunched up the table again. The Clarets, Leeds and Everton are all battling to avoid dropping into the Championship and Leeds' star winger, Raphinha has revealed that Marsch has given the squad a boost in their belief that they can stay in the Premier League.
"He came into the club at a difficult time, we're still in a tough position but he's brought our belief back," the Brazilian told Sky Sports. "Even before he arrived he knew the players, what we had to offer as individuals and what we could achieve as a team. We've had some bad luck this season, but I think we will stay up."
