Kent has been consistently linked with a move to the English Premier League side since Leeds United had a bid knocked back under former boss Marcelo Bielsa.
Kent is out of contract at Rangers next summer and the Ibrox side are likely to be keen on holding on to one of their most influential players after an impressive campaign, where the winger was vital in the run to the Europa League final.
