Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh visited the Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hills in Karnataka on Tuesday and offered prayers following the controversy surrounding his alleged mimicry of a revered “daiva” character linked to the film Kantara.

Photos and videos of the actor participating in temple rituals have since gone viral on social media.
