NEW DELHI: In a one-sided Group C match in Hubballi on Monday, Karnataka secured a comprehensive seven-wicket victory over Punjab, marking a strong start to their Ranji Trophy campaign.

Despite the efforts of bowlers Rohit Kumar (3/101) and Shubhang Hegde (3/89), who consistently took wickets, Punjab, starting the fourth and final day at 238 for 3, were ultimately bowled out for 413.
