Rangers have agreed a £9million deal with Portland Timbers to sign striker Kevin Kelsy.
The move for the Venezuelan comes as part of Derek McInnes' plan to strengthen his Ibrox attack after Youssef Chermiti's knee injury. Kelsy has been a primary target for the Light Blues' recruitment team.
The Rangers Review reports that talks will continue to finalise the signing of the former Shakhtar Donetsk striker.
The acquisition of Kelsy follows the anticipated signing of Kim Min-su, who is set to join from Girona for £8.5million. Min-su will be the twelfth addition to McInnes' squad this summer.

The Rangers Review reported earlier this week that the club would meet the release clause in Min-su's contract.
They revealed on Tuesday evening that he will put pen-to-paper on a deal until 2030 at Ibrox once the final stages of his medical have been completed.
Min-su, who spent last season on loan at FC Andorra, has limited first-team experience at Girona but has mostly developed within their B squad.
Since signing from CF Damm in 2022, he will now be tasked with playing a leading role for a Rangers side that have endured a difficult start to their Premiership title bid this term.
