Rangers tracking Eredivisie defender, face transfer competition from English duo

Rangers are monitoring Excelsior centre-back Casper Widell as Danny Rohl looks to strengthen his defensive options ahead of the new season.

The 23-year-old is among a number of targets being considered by the Ibrox recruitment team this summer as preparations continue for a busy transfer window.
