Dujon Sterling, Ryan Jack and Kemar Roofe come into the starting line-up with Borna Barisic, Jose Cifeuntes and John Lundstram dropping out.
Barisic is not included in the matchday squad for the fixture after picking up a knock against PSV Eindhoven - while Kieran Dowell misses out through a knee issue.
Jack Butland starts in goal with a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, John Souttar and Sterling.
Jack, Nicolas Raskin and Todd Cantwell play in midfield with Roofe joining Rabbi Matondo and Cyriel Dessers in the attacking positions.
