Philadelphia Union have reportedly rejected four offers from other clubs for Rangers target Olwethu Makhanya.
Makhanya is on the Ibrox club's shortlist as they look to add a left centre-back to Derek McInnes' defensive options, having already signed six players for other positions this summer.
The 22-year-old was in South Africa's World Cup squad this summer and has played over 50 games in the MLS.
Makhanya has reportedly told his club he wants a move and has been left 'devastated' by the latest development - which is that a FOURTH offer for his services has been rejected.

A report from iDiski Times claims the offer came from an unnamed Belgian side and was worth just under £3 million.
The report claims the player's frustration is fuelled by a promise from the club in each of the last two transfer windows to allow him a move to a European club.
It has not been stated where the previous three reported offers came from.
