Nicolas Raskin has revealed the 'ultimate' dream he wishes to fulfill one day.
Michael Beale moved for the Standard Liege midfielder as part of his Rangers January recruitment alongside Todd Cantwell as he begins putting his stamp on the Ibrox squad. A huge summer overhaul awaits the Light Blues with a host of players out of contract including Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent with fringe men also to be moved on.
A number of new names like Jack Butland, Morgan Whittaker and Kieran Dowell have been mentioned to join Raskin and Co as part of a new look Rangers as they bid to end Celtic's dominance and win back the Premiership and other domestic honours. Raskin has impressed the Rangers faithful in his start to life in Glasgow but he's made an honest admission that Scotland is an 'intermediate step' to land his top goal of playing in the English Premier League for Chelsea.

He told La Derniere Heure : "My ultimate dream is to play in the Premier League with Chelsea. Playing in Scotland struck me as a good intermediate step.
"But Rangers are still a big name in British football. Before they came in for me, I had approaches from Club Brugge and Genk.
"But I think it would be a mistake for me to play for another club in Belgium, as Standard will always be the club I love most.
"Other clubs were interested in me as well, but Rangers' interest was the strongest."
