Alex Lowry says Joe Aribo and Aaron Ramsey have been perfect role models for him in his development at Rangers.
The teenager from Uddingston has shone in the Ibrox side's Lowland League 'B' team this term and it's prompted a promotion to senior level.
He's since made four appearances for Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men, scoring once, making several more squads across Premiership, Scottish Cup and Europa League competition.
A fantastic season looks set to be rewarded after the Dutchman confirmed new contract talks with the 18-year-old, who won 'B' team Goal of the Season at Rangers' annual awards night for this term.
An attacking midfielder, attack-minded Aribo and Juventus loanee Ramsey have been two players Lowry has loved working alongside in order to make himself a better playmaker.
He said: "It's been a whirlwind season. I was with the 'B' team initially but since January I have predominantly been with the first team.
"Training with guys like Aaron Ramsey and Joe Aribo each day, I am learning and picking up so many small things off them.
"But it's the small details that can make me a lot better."
The goal that won him his award was special. Lowry ran from the halfway line towards the Celtic 'B' penalty box in front of a record Lowland League crowd at Ibrox, slamming home from 25 yards.
It helped his side on the way to a convincing 3-0 victory, and speaking to Rangers TV, he says it ranks as one of his season highlights.
The youngster added: "It was a pretty good goal and for that full game, we were brilliant. We were excellent and to top it off I got a goal. Buzzing!
