UEFA have launched an investigation into alleged racial abuse towards Rangers star Glen Kamara while on international duty with Finland.
The Light Blues midfielder was in action last night in the Nations League clash with Montenegro and played the full 90 minutes with the visitors running out 2-0 winners on the night. It meant a second place finish in League B Group 3.
However, a positive night on the pitch turned sour with UEFA now looking into the alleged flashpoint involving an unnamed Montenegro player. It is the second time in recent times the Rangers midfielder has been targeted after an incident involving Slavia Prague's Ondrej Kudela back in a Europa League clash in 2021. He was handed a 10-game ban.

A statement from the Finnish FA read: " UEFA has started an investigation into the racist behaviour of a Montenegrin player towards Glen Kamara.
"Finland won the UEFA Nations League match played in Podgorica with a score of 0-2.
"Neither the Finnish Football Federation nor the Finnish team will comment on the matter for the time being. We will find out more details."
The 2-0 success on the road followed up a 1-1 draw at home to Romania on Friday night.
Former Celtic striker Teemu Pukki opened the scoring early on in that clash but the visitors hit back through Florin Tanase.
