The Greek side reportedly rejected a move from Rangers for Penrice in January. He had left Hearts last summer for the Greek champions before the start of the Scottish Premiership campaign.
Rangers are keen to add another left-back to their ranks to challenge Tuur Rommens in the starting XI. Penrice is once again on the list of targets.
