Todd Cantwell made it four goals in four games as Rangers said goodbye to five departing stars.
The Light Blues have not tasted defeat on their own turf all season but that was put under threat with a minute on the clock after Lawrence Shankland's goal was given following a VAR review. It was the start Hearts had dreamed of and Michael Beale would not have wanted but so often under the 42-year-old his side have shown their powers of recovery and they did that once more.
Cantwell - watched by former Norwich City team-mate and new signing Kieran Dowell in the stands - superbly pulled the hosts level with a lovely low finish after starting the move to send his side into the break level. Just moments into the second half Fashion Sakala turned the game on its head as he fired home after capitalising on an error at the back from the Jambos but Steven Naismith's men had the final say with a leveller with the last kick of the ball. Here's how we rated the Ibrox men in their final home game of the campaign.

Allan McGregor - 6
A final appearance competitive appearance at Ibrox for the veteran No1. A huge servant to the club and modern day legend. Conceded after less than a minute and in the final seconds. Big save to deny Josh Ginnelly. Booked.
James Tavernier - 6
Skipper loves to bomb down that right side. Wicked delivery and tested the Hearts backline. Works ever so hard going both ways.
John Souttar - 6
Up against his former club as he continues his run in the team after a campaign plagued with injury. Will be desperate to keep fit and make himself a mainstay in this side.
Leon King - 6
A second start on the bounce with Goldson and Davies out. Played well at weekend and got another chance. Subbed.
Ridvan Yilmaz - 6
Continuing his run in the team but pressure back with Borna Barisic on the bench. Has done chances no harm of being first choice.
John Lundstram - 6
Quiet shift for the midfielder.
Nicolas Raskin - 7
Suffered an injury scare at Easter Road but deemed fit to start. Big player for new era. Tested Zander Clark from range.
Glen Kamara - 6
A rare start for Kamara in the middle of the park in place of Ryan Jack. Been used to sub role under Beale. Worked hard. Subbed.
Todd Cantwell - 8
Been a shining light in recent weeks and looking the part as he gets more and more 90s under his belt. Grabbed the leveller after starting move and makes it four in his last four.
Fashion JR - 7
Always a threat with his pace and unpredictability. Been one of Beale's top performers but quiet here. Powerful effort tipped off woodwork by Zander Clark. Got his goal after capitalising on error from visitors. Subbed.
Alfredo Morelos - 6
A final goodbye to the Rangers support at Ibrox. Not his best season in a Light Blues top but will go out as a real favourite. Running battle off the park with Steven Naismith in true Morelos fashion. Booked. Subbed.
Subs
Scott Arfield - 5
On for the final 25 minutes to a loud roar from the crowd. Five years at the club comes to an end. 30th sub appearance this season. Denided a farewell goal from great Clark save.
Rabbi Matondo - 5
Another chance to impress from bench. Unlucky after a driving run into box to get past three players but effort blocked.
Scott Wright - 3
On for Morelos for final ten minutes. Another who could see his future away from Ibrox this summer.
Ryan Jack - 3
Penned a new one-year deal to be part of the Ibrox overhaul. Off the bench in this one.
Alex Lowry - 2
On for final three minutes.
