Rangers player ratings as Kemar Roofe extra-time heroics secures Celtic League Cup Final showdown

Rangers will face Celtic in the Viaplay Cup Final after an extra-time victory over Aberdeen at Hampden Park.

Michael Beale maintains his unbeaten run as Light Blues boss after a 1-1 draw in original time and will now head back to the national stadium next month bidding to win his first trophy as his troops come up against Ange Postecoglou and his competition holders.

The Dons took the lead in a moment Borna Barisic will want to forget as his slackness and defensive awareness allowed Matty Kennedy to race down the line before he picked out Bojan Miovski to fire beyond Allan McGregor. Ryan Jack levelled for the Ibrox side via a heavily deflected low effort to level things up midway through the second half before Anthony Stewart was shown a straight red card for a rash challenge on Fashion Sakala.

Scott Wright was brought on at the start of extra-time and he made an instant impact setting up Kemar Roofe with just three minutes on the clock in the additional 30 to become the Rangers hero in this semi-final battle. Here's how we rated the Ibrox men.
