RANGERS won't be heading to Florida during the World Cup break.
The club has confirmed that they will "100 per cent" not be travelling to the Sunshine State while Qatar 2022 takes centre stage.
Reports had emerged this morning that Rangers were due to head out to the United States in a few weeks for some warm-weather training.
The Premiership season will pause on November 12 for five weeks with all eyes on the World Cup.
Players at all clubs will of course be given some time off if they're not travelling to the Middle East for the tournament.
However, on their return, some clubs will be heading to sunnier climates ahead of the Premiership re-start.
Rangers will be one of those clubs who jet abroad.
However, it is understood that Florida won't be the destination of Giovanni van Bronckhorst and his players.
The club's plans have still to be officially announced.
Rangers were originally scheduled to take part in the Sydney Super Cup along with Celtic during the mid-season break.
However, after an angry backlash from fans, Rangers pulled out from participating Down Under.
Along with Celtic's plans already confirmed, Aberdeen have announced they will head out to Atlanta on November 14 for their training camp.
The Dons are in strategic partnership with Atlanta United.
Prior to the break, Rangers still have a number of key matches to play.
Their final game prior to the pause will be against St Mirren.
The Light Blues will host Hibs on Thursday, December 15 in what will be the first top flight game in Scotland after the World Cup break.
They then face two quick-fire trips to face Aberdeen and Ross County prior to Christmas.
The World Cup final in Qatar takes place on Sunday, December 18 at the Lusail Iconic Stadium.
