Rangers legend Paul Gascoigne delighted staff at a Glasgow store when he popped in to buy donuts after an emotional tour around Ibrox.
Donut King Glasgow posted a photo of Gazza on its Facebook and wrote: “Paul Gascoigne has already paid a visit. Still as crazy as he was 30 years ago.”
The store has only been open a few weeks.
Gazza was in the city this week to take a trip down memory lane, visiting his former club’s stadium where he remains a fan favourite.
A touching video of Gazza in his iconic number eight jersey was shared by Rangers.
On the club’s official website they said: “GAZZAMANIA returned to Ibrox today with club legend and member of the Greatest Ever Rangers XI, Paul Gascoigne, stopping by for a special visit.”
One delighted fan commented: “If you ask me which player I enjoyed watching the most. That’s easy. Gazza all day long. One of the greatest talents the game has ever seen.”
Gazza appeared emotional during the stadium tour. Another fan said: “Tears up when he looks up to the stands when he comes out the tunnel. You are a Legend Gazza.”
