PSV have reached an agreement to sign Rangers flop Sam Lammers, according to reports in the Netherlands.
After his ill-fated Ibrox spell, the Dutch forward has been quietly rebuilding his career back in his homeland with FC Twente.
It emerged last week that PSV wanted to sign their former academy player, now 29, from their Eredivisie rivals. Now, De Telegraaf is reporting a deal has been agreed.
Twente were happy to facilitate the exit due to a combination of Lammers' high salary and the recent arrival of Wout Weghorst.

The player appealed to the Eindhoven side because of his club-trained status for European competition.
During his first spell at PSV, Lammers played 29 matches, scoring six goals.
He had a successfu loan at Heerenveen before being sold to Atalanta for €8 million
Loans at Eintracht Frankfurt, Empoli and Sampdoria preceeded his move to Rangers under Michael Beale.
He struggled at Ibrox from the off and, as a high profile signing, struggled under the pressure as the team started the season poorly. After just half a season, he was loaned to Utrecht where a strong spell persuaded Twente to sign him permanently.
