Take the terrifying walk Rangers players will make as Europa League throws up dreaded Rajko Mitic Stadium trek

Rangers will enter one of the most intimidating tunnels in football when they line up to face Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League.

Gio van Bronckhorst 's side will be flying high after comfortable seeing off Borussia Dortmund to reach the last 16.

But the Premiership champions could be forgiven for regretting the historic victory as they face a trip to the Rajko Mitic Stadium.

The graffiti-covered underpass offers a claustrophobic with chants from the unnerving home Red Star Belgrade support echoing through the tunnels at the infamous ground, nicknamed the Marakana

James Tavernier will lead the team passed the riot police and emerge from the tunnel, and it's a far cry from the comforts of Ibrox with just a locked gated entrance giving Rangers a narrow view of the cauldron facing the players.

The 55,000-seater stadium is seen as one of the most hostile environments in world football and the players won't be relishing the daunting 90-second walk.

Rangers will take the trek in Belgrade on March 17 following the first leg at Ibrox seven days earlier.
