Rangers could play the Europa League Final in a never seen before kit combination.
The Light Blues may not take to the pitch in Seville in their famous blue jerseys or even their away kit due to a possible colour clash.
Eintracht Frankfurt have officially been named the home side for the grand finale, which means they will get to wear their home kit for the showpiece.
So the Germans' all black kit could cause a colour clash if it's deemed too close to Rangers' royal blue, as some fans have speculated online, at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium.
Rangers' black away kit will be ruled out, for obvious reasons, with the black elements of their third kit also creating some difficulty.
Black shorts make up half of the third choice outfit, causing a clear issue.
And the UEFA rules also mean that Rangers could take to the field wearing their purple third shirt plus white shorts and socks.
UEFA’s Article 55 of the Regulations of the Europa League stipulates the colours to be worn by the teams.
It states : “For the final, both teams may wear their first choice playing attire. However, if there is a clash, the team designated as the away team must wear alternative colours. The UEFA administration proposes suitably contrasting colours in advance of the match.”
It means that Gio van Bronckhorst's men may be forced to play the clash in a combination of kits.
