Teddy Teuma's pre-match speech to his Union Saint-Gilloise is what helped sparked Rangers' downfall in the Champions League third round qualifier first leg.
The Belgian shock troops are looking to cap off an incredible 12 months with a spot in the Champions League group stages, an unthinkable feat for a side who only end almost half-century exile from First Division A just last year. They ran the title close in their top flight return and finished last season in second, booking a European date with Rangers.
Teuma has been with them since 2019 and says their rags to riches story has to be seen to be believed. Few thought they could get this far, with the Maltese international scoring one of the two goals in a 2-0 victory over the Light Blues last week. They head to Ibrox tonight looking to book a match with PSV or Monaco in the play-offs and a speech from Teuma helped put them in a commanding position.

A clip from Union SG captured the 28-year-old telling his team: "Today guys, we have to remember one thing, the luck we have to be here. Don't forget where we came from.
"Myself, I was a delivery man. I have a chance to play a qualification round of the UEFA Champions League. All of us do! Everybody here! We all have a past. Realise the opportunity you have to be here.
"Nobody believed in you, only you did. So we're going to show that. All of us, we believe in ourselves and this group. We're going to play a big game. So show confidence and play this game!"
