Andy Halliday has highlighted the biggest 'disparity' between Rangers and Celtic.
Michael Beale arrived late last year to replace Giovanni van Bronckhorst at the helm and suffered his first defeat as boss to the Hoops in the League Cup Final. He took in his first transfer window as Light Blues gaffer and brought in two recruits in the shape of Todd Cantwell from Norwich City and Nicolas Raskin from Standard Liege.
Ange Postecoglou has now had numerous windows to work with and has recruited in all departments. The strength of his Celtic squad now is evident to Hearts star Halliday by looking at his bench and the changes the Hoops gaffer can regularly make on the hour in a game to keep the tempo and quality high.

He believes Rangers and Beale need a similar approach in terms of the transfer windows - a move that will take some time as the former Ibrox midfielder admitted the Celtic boss is 'getting them right' with his success rate in the market to date.
Speaking on Open Goal, he said: "I think it's windows. Celtic's XI is better than Rangers' XI, I'm not saying any different.
"But the biggest disparity is the squad. You look at Celtic's bench and the players that they're bringing on after 60 minutes in every single game.
"By the way, (go back) a year, we were saying the same for Ange - Ange needs windows, he needs to bring in his own players.
"He's getting them right. You look at Ange's success rate with the player's he's brought in.
"You're talking about 20 signings, you could say 15 have made a positive impact on the squad."
