Rangers against Celtic gets the crystal ball treatment as the Monday Jury weigh in ahead of derby day

It's Wales in Cardiff for a place at the World Cup, if we get past Ukraine. Do you fancy our chances?

Keith Jackson: Absolutely. There’s something special about the side Steve Clarke has built. Not even Gareth Bale can get in their way now. It’s happening people.

David McCarthy: Ukraine will be hugely difficult for obvious reasons but if we play with cool heads we can win that one and set up a cracker in Cardiff. I've no doubt we can beat Wales, but with Bale in their team, a match can change in the blink of an eye. But yes, I fancy Scotland.

Scott Burns: I would have to say I fancy our chances more against Wales than Ukraine. If we can get through the semi-final then I think we have a better team than the Welsh and we can win in Cardiff.

Gordon Parks: This Scotland side is more than capable of rising to the occasion but Wales but winning in Cardiff looks beyond us. They just have more attacking threats and Gareth Bale appears to be a man on a mission.

Crystal ball time, who's winning on Old Firm derby day and why?

Keith Jackson: Rangers. Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s players are a tough nut to crack on their own pitch and they need three points from this one. This title race is going all the way to the wire.

David McCarthy: Rangers' hopes could hinge on Alfredo Morelos' fitness. With him, they have a focal point and a finisher. Without him, not so much. If he plays, I think Rangers will edge it - and they have to win it more than Celtic do.

Scott Burns: I think we might have a share of the spoils. A point-a-piece wouldn't be the worst of results for either.

Gordon Parks: Celtic : Having tipped Ange Postecoglou's side at the start of the season, this will be the pivotal game and just like the question above, it's because they have the better players in the business end of the pitch.

Can Aberdeen time their top six run perfectly and land a European spot?

Keith Jackson: No. They’re sitting in tenth spot for a reason. They’ve not been good enough all season and don’t deserve a place in the top six, never mind Europe.

David McCarthy: They've got a real chance. Beat Dundee and Ross County and they've got 41 points, which I reckon will be enough. Then fourth spot will be a three-way fight that could go to whoever is fourth, fifth and sixth after the break.

Scott Burns: Aberdeen have had an awful season but I fully expect them to make the top six. If they do that then I think with momentum they will rescue their season by qualifying for Europe.

Gordon Parks: It's not beyond the Dons but it's the lack of any sustained consistency at Aberdeen which has been the main issue and there's little evidence to see that's going to change any time soon.

Chris Sutton reckons Ange Postecoglou is the manager of the year. Do you agree?

Keith Jackson: No. Steve Clarke wins this one hands down.

David McCarthy: Well, if Gio van Bronckhorst were to win the Europa League, he'd have a serious claim! Dick Campbell's incredible season with Arbroath can't be overlooked either. But Ange has produced wonders at Celtic and is definitely in with a shout but until the prizes are handed out, I'm looking for a fence to sit on.

Scott Burns: I can see merit in Chris's point but if Giovanni van Bronckhorst wins the title and the Europa League then how could you give it to Postecoglou?

Gordon Parks: Robbie Neilson at Hearts and David Martindale at Livingston have had remarkable seasons and when you add the budget factor then there's a case for both being stronger candidates than Postecoglou. He's had a fortune to spend in comparison and there needs to be more credit given to managers achieving on a shoestring.
