Rangers are believed to be closing in on bringing Ross McCrorie back to the club, five years after he left the club.
The 28-year-old came through the Ibrox side's academy and made 55 appearances for the club after breaking through under Steven Gerrard.
After falling out the picture a little, he moved on loan to Portsmouth for the 2019/20 season and then to Aberdeen for the following campaign, under current Rangers boss Derek McInnes. That eventually became permanent, and he spent four seasons at Pittodrie in total.
He move to Bristol City for around £2 million in 2023 and has been a key player at Ashton Gate over the past three seasons.

He has just one year left on his deal and Rangers are set to bring him back, according to the Rangers Review.
It is being reported that Ibrox chiefs have beaten competition from other clubs down in England to bring McCrorie back to Glasgow.
A two-time Scotland cap, he has mostly been used at right-back or wing-back by his current club but can also play at centre-back or in midfield.
Rangers will press on with attempts to strengthen their squad, and will look to add two centre-backs, more options in midfield and a right winger.
