Rasmus Kristensen has been handed a surprise call-up to the Denmark squad for their European qualifiers after initially being left out of the squad. The Danish defender scored after coming off the bench for Leeds United and turned in a solid cameo as Javi Gracia's side leapt out of the relegation zone.
Results went in favour of the Whites, who moved up to 14th place thanks to their superior goal difference. They moved to within a point of Wolves following the 4-2 victory and have a game in hand on their relegation rivals.
Kristensen notched Leeds United's third goal of the afternoon, restoring their two goal cushion after Jonny halved the deficit follow Jack Harrison and Luke Ayling's strikes. The Danish defender had been on the pitch a matter of seconds when he drilled a low effort into the bottom corner.

The Whites' defender showed no signs of upset after being left out of Denmark's squad to face Finland and Kazakhstan for the European qualifiers later this month.
Denmark's official Twitter account tweeted: "Addition to the Men's National Team. National coach Kasper Hjulmand has selected Rasmus Nissen Kristensen from Leeds for the EC qualifiers against Finland and Kazakhstan.
"We look forward to seeing you, NK."
Gracia admitted Kristensen had been left disappointed by the decision of Hjulmand, but praised the Danish defender's attitude prior to the win over Wolves.
The Spaniard told reporters at his pre-match press conference: "I understand perfectly, you have to be disappointed but, at the same time, I have to tell you his attitude is an example for other players. Always smiling, always trying to help the team.
"When we played Fulham and didn’t have centre-backs, he was the first to offer. He said ‘I will do it, I only have one target, that is to help the team.’ It is something I value and I want everyone to know how professional he is.”
