The Los Angeles Rams are never a team that races to sign their draft picks each year. They take their time, often being one of the last to ink their draft class.
They’ve begun the process of getting their rookies under contract and they’re starting with the final pick in the draft: Mr. Irrelevant, Desjuan Johnson. According to his agent, the Rams have signed Johnson to his rookie deal, which will span four years.
Johnson was selected 259th overall in the draft this year, a pick the Rams acquired in a trade earlier on Day 3. He hails from Toledo where he was a three-time All-MAC selection, including a first-team pick in 2022.
