Ahead of Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals, Sean McVay shared injury updates for the Los Angeles Rams before practice on Friday. He shared some excellent news about Cooper Kupp, who injured his ankle last week against the Seattle Seahawks.
Kupp will be a full participant Friday and is good to go, so he will be active on Sunday against the Cardinals. McVay also said that Quentin Lake, who’s taken over as the team’s primary slot defender, has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury suffered in Week 11.
McVay said everyone else should be good to go for Sunday’s matchup, including Puka Nacua, Coleman Shelton, Rob Havenstein and Kevin Dotson, all of whom have been on the injury report and limited in some capacity this week. Ben Skowronek is listed as questionable, however.
Cobie Durant, who’s missed the last two games with a shoulder injury, is also expected to be ready to play on Sunday. That will help lessen the pain of losing Lake because Durant has primarily been a slot corner for the Rams this season.
For the Cardinals, Antonio Hamilton, Kevin Strong and Michael Wilson are all ruled out already. Marquise Brown is the most notable player listed as questionable after missing practice on Thursday and Friday.
