Sean McVay is still sorting through his coaching staff for the 2023 season, between bringing in new coaches and replacing ones who left. The Rams have already seen multiple assistants leave, either for new opportunities elsewhere or because their contracts weren’t renewed.
So far, McVay has made five new hires to his staff for next season, including offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem like he’ll need to find a new defensive coordinator with Raheem Morris set to return, but there are other holes still to fill.
