Rampaging schoolchildren smashed a glass pane and reportedly "bullied staff" at a McDonald's.
Cops were alerted to the incident at Stonedale Retail Park on on Monday, May 8 at around 5.30pm, reports Liverpool Echo.
Staff were allegedly verbally abused and one boy is said to have smashed the restaurant's door, after throwing an object and leaving the glass pane with huge cracks in it.
One eyewitness reported that the youths were "scaring little kids and bullying staff".
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We are appealing for information after damage was caused to a McDonald’s in Croxteth on Monday, May 8. At around 5.30pm we received a report that a group of youths were causing anti-social behaviour at the restaurant in Stonedale Retail Park.
"It was reported that staff were verbally abused and a male threw at object at a window, causing it to smash. If you have any information about this incident, DM @MerPolCC or message Merseyside Police Contact Centre on Facebook, quoting reference 23000389296.
"You can also pass information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
This isn't the first incident in recent weeks and it was previously revealed that a gang of teenagers stormed the Stonedale Retail Park store and assaulted staff members.
Footage showed, a group of boys wearing balaclavas and one of them lungings toward a staff member and attacking them.
People can be heard shouting "no, no, no", before the staff member attempted to push him away.
In a further video clip, a boy with a lollipop hanging out of his mouth can be seen carrying a brush as a woman can be heard saying "come on lads behave" before they eventually left the restaurant.
A police spokesperson said at the time: "It was reported that a group of teenage boys entered the restaurant and threatened and assaulted staff members inside. The group of boys then left the restaurant.
