Ralf Rangnick has confirmed Manchester United will be without Scott McTominay and Edinson Cavani against Watford.
United welcome Watford to Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon but the midfielder and centre-forward won't be available.
McTominay was absent for United's trip to Spain for Wednesday's Champions League match against Atletico Madrid. Rangnick subsequently revealed McTominay had been ruled out of the match through sickness.
Cavani was also forced to miss United's 1-1 draw with Atletico and he's unavailable again for the visit of Watford this weekend.
The forward has struggled with a groin problem all season and he's been sidelined for just under 50% of United's games this term.
Rangnick provided an update on McTominay and Cavani in his pre-match media duties ahead of Saturday's match.
“The situation is exactly the same,” Rangnick told United's in-house media.
“He [Cavani] hasn't been training with us so he won't be available for tomorrow's game and the same is true with Scotty.
"He is still ill, he hasn't been training with us, so hopefully he will start training with us again next week, but for tomorrow's game they will both be unavailable.”
United's game against Watford on Saturday will kick off at 15:00 GMT.
