Railways to run 18 special trains for convenience of examinees

PATNA: The railways will run 18 special trains from different stations of the East Central Railway (ECR) to cope with rush of the candidates appearing for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) examinations to be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board on May 9 and 10.

According to the ECR’s chief public relations officer (CPRO) Birendra Kumar, the Gaya-Howrah special (03205/03206) will leave Gaya on May 8 via Patna-Mokama-Jhajha route at 6.30am and reach Patna at 9.10am and Howrah at 8.30pm. On its return journey, it will leave Howrah on May 10 at 10pm and reach Patna the next day at 7.10am and Gaya at 10am.
