ScotRail have announced that there will be severer disruption for rail passengers as Network Rail staff are taking strike action next week.
Although ScotRail staff are not taking part in this strike, Network Rail staff in Scotland will be and therefore we will see a knock-on-effort, halting over 95 per cent of services in Scotland.
Those who usually travel by train are being warned to expect disruption throughout the whole week and to avoid travelling by train if possible.
