G Jordan Meredith injury update
Meredith is officially OUT again this week vs the Saints. He injured his ankle in the team’s loss to the Falcons in Week 15. He missed last week’s game against the Jaguars.
Jackson Powers-Johnson will again line up at left guard and Andre James would start at center.
QB Derek Carr injury update
Carr has been ruled OUT for the game.
Carr fractured his left hand on December 8 and had been trying to return to face his former team this week. His head coach is still hopeful there is a chance Carr could play this week. But in the end, it was too ambitious.
RB Alvin Kamara injury update
Kamara has also been ruled OUT for the game.
